To the north and back

Hi, dear readers

my week was influenced by Lapland as well as the last one. As you know from my previous post I was in Lapland. I'd like to tell a story about this amazing trip. Everything started with meeting in Helsinki railway station and then I took almost 17 hrs journey to Lapland. First stop was in Santa Village. I'll be honest and say that it was nothing special just fake Santa and lots of noise around. In souvenir shop in village you can plushy reindeers and stuffs like that. As many of tourists I made a photo in Arctic circle, but nothing special again, just sign show you that you're in Arctic circle with lots of tourists around. Not my kind of stuff, really. In late afrternoon we finally arived to Vasatokka which was my "home" for whole week.

The best part of trip was definetilly one day in Norway. I was speechless when I saw the place beside Arctic Ocean. You can imagine small village on the sea cost with just few buildings and church. This is the best description of Bugoynes peace of heaven on Mother Earth.
Arctic Ocean is cold, right? Haha, but you can still swin in water without be death after couple of minutes. How? The answer is simple and typicle Finish, it's sauna. Swiming in Arctic Ocean was one my best experiences of my life. Actually whole trip to Norway was awesome. I want to go back! (PS. the fish soup for lunch was amazing, pure taste of sea, love it!) At the same day back in Vasatokka I catched Aurora Borealis, two life wishes in one day, almost unbelievable! 
The next experience was reindeer farm. Reindeer is very cute animal but if you want talk to them it's in vain. Reindeers communicate just with their feets. Anyway pent reindeer is still very cool (even if it is forbidden on the farm). Last day of trip I spend in holiday centre near Inari. This end of my Lapland story in nutshell.

Now it's time to write about what I missed. It was law week. That's why I need to do compensation task. Maybe I did't missed so much but still I felt little bit out of stream. When I had a class again after trip we had presentations about Business law and Contracts. I can say it wasn't something funny but law is very interesting in our lifes, more in business. 

Topics of presentations was concest of these topics:
 

"Trust of consumers, Business has changed, Advertisers must exercise due diligence, Burden of proof on the advertiser, correcting information, Different situations, other advertising, conflict between picture and text, summary Binding offers.".

Lots of presenters just read the slides in their presentations and I can when I was doing the compensation task I found why, it's not easy to talk about law in English even if you what's the point of the thing. 

Now I can show one part of my compensation task. 

"Import Ltd sold iron to Construction Company for 100 000 €. Contract was based on a written offer including the following condition: “The buyer will get ownership of the goods when the whole purchase price is paid.” The buyer ordered the goods as offered. On the day following delivery Construction Company was declared bankrupt.

-What is the meaning of the suspensive condition in this case?

-Would the situation be different if there had not been a suspensive condition"

This is my answer, I hope that the right one.

The iron is still in possession Import Ltd because conditions are not met by the Construction company Ltd . Construction don’t pay for the contract because of bankrupt.

The situation will be realy diffrent without a suspensive condition. Import Ltd hasn’t the ownership of iron because iron was delivered  already. 

I'm sorry that I talk today more about my trip than "Digital Business" but this it was more about traveling than learning!
