First blog

Hi everyone! I'd like to welcome you on my blog firstly! My first article will be about first two weeks of my Erasmus course in Finland. I study on Laurea Otaniemi. My field of study is "Digital Business".

I arrived to Finland on Saturday 7th of January 2017. I land in Helsinki airport (Vantaa) late afternoon. My tutor Alison picked-up me at the airport and then we went to my apartment in Espoo. Here I met my new flatmate Mark from Netherlands. I went to sleep very early because I was tired after journey. During a weekend I explored surroundings of Espoo and Helsinki.

On monday was our first day in school but it was just orientation week. We met in Leppävara campus. We didn't take any classes. During morning presenters introduce to us basics of Finnish culture, student union Laureamko and safety instructions etc.
Tuesday morning we had introduction on my "home" campus in Otaniemi. Tutors showed us whole campus told us  basic  informations about campus , school cantine, library...

Our senior lecture Anna Ikonen welcomed us during afternoon. I can say that it was warm and kindly welcome. 

The rest of the week was off. We can explored Helsinki with Laureamko tutors and acquaint  with other students.

The 16th of January was my first "official" day in school. I was informed about basics of Digital Business.
